Your order will be prepared within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. Once your piece begins its journey, we’ll send you a notification with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

We want your beautiful moments to be accessible, which is why we offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, shipping options are:

Tracking Your Treasure

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@ornelya.com with your name and order number. We’ll personally ensure your piece reaches you safely.
